Welcome to Uncle Fish! We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality seafood and Chicken directly to your doorstep. Please read our delivery conditions carefully to understand how our service works and what you can expect.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to specific areas within Ernakulam time limit.
To check if your location is serviceable, please:

• Contact us on WhatsApp with your location details.

2. Delivery Timings

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed for next-day delivery.

• Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

• Time slots may vary depending on order volume, weather, or logistics constraints.

3. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available in select areas for limited products and based on availability. Kindly contact us on WhatsApp to confirm before placing such orders.

4. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges depend on the location and order value.

• Orders above ₹250 may be eligible for free delivery.

• Exact charges will be shown at checkout before confirming the order.

5. Minimum Order Value

To maintain quality and efficiency, certain areas may have a minimum order requirement. This will be communicated at the time of ordering or checkout.

6. Packaging and Handling

• All seafood is hygienically cleaned, packed, and transported in food-grade, insulated packaging to maintain freshness.

• We do not encourage refrigeration after delivery. We recommend consuming or processing the fish immediately upon receipt.

7. Unavailability of Customer

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

• Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you via call or WhatsApp.

• If unreachable, the order will be returned, and no refund will be provided unless the situation is informed in advance.

8. Delays and Disruptions

• In case of delays due to bad weather, roadblocks, high demand, or other unforeseen issues, we will notify you proactively.

• Uncle Fish shall not be liable for delays beyond our control but will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible.

9. Bulk or Custom Orders

For party orders, hotel deliveries, or large quantity requests, please contact us directly. Bulk orders may require advance booking and custom delivery arrangements.
