Order Cancellation

By Uncle Fish:
Uncle Fish reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, inventory issues, delivery constraints, or other factors. Customers will be notified promptly if such a cancellation occurs.

By Customer:
Customers can cancel their order before it is confirmed. Once the order is confirmed by Uncle Fish, cancellations will not be accepted. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming the order.

Returns and Refunds

As we deliver fresh seafood, all orders are final once delivered. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or unfit for consumption, you must notify us within 5 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

• The issue must be reported via call or WhatsApp within 5 hours of delivery.

• The item in question should not be used or stored in the refrigerator.

• Our delivery personnel must collect the defective item for verification.

• Upon confirmation, we will either replace the product or initiate a full refund, based on customer preference and availability.

Note: Uncle Fish shall not be held liable for spoilage or quality issues arising from improper handling or storage by the customer.

Delivery Policy

• Delivery is available in select areas only and is subject to order confirmation.

• Delivery charges may apply based on the location and order value.

• Free delivery may be offered for orders above a specified minimum value.

Payment Options

Customers can choose from the following payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

2. Online Payments (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)

Payment method must be selected at the time of placing the order.

Refunds Processing

Online Payments:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 48 hours after verification.

• Amount will be credited to the customer's original payment source within 5–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Cash on Delivery Orders:

• Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit and can be redeemed on future purchases from Uncle Fish.

• For faster processing and transparency, we recommend choosing online payment options.
